The potential benefits to be harnessed through manipulation of molecular intelligence defy our comprehension. This shit is truly exponential and in a few scientific generations I can see a world where diseases are eradicated or manageable. People will live to be 130. Maybe death will become an elective convenience. "I'm 150 and I think it's time for me to check out. Sayanora!"

The truth is, the corporate money-men elites will use this new technology to create something stupid but immensely profitable, like human-sized rats that can do competitve sportsball stuff or allowing people to live out their bodily dysmorphic fetishes.
