These spiteful mediocrities never imagined they'd become eligible for punishment. I doubt this will go further than defunding, job loss, and a handful of prosecutions (and maybe none), but it is nice to see them sweating. The smart thing, at this point, would be to loudly and publicly recruit snitches from their ranks. They'd happily betray each other.

Prosecute and convict some mid-level execs and then offer pardons if they squeal on their bosses.

That'd be worthwhile.

I'm not sure how far the new administration wants to go with this. Maybe I'm too jaded, but I suspect it's going to fizzle out before long.

Show me one conviction with imprisonment at a maximum security prison and I will believe it. Until then it’s all a circus act

“Why on Earth would some DC residents panic-search keywords that suggest they are trying to cover up a crime?”

Keywords: Defense lawyers

Off shore bank accounts

Real Estate for sale listings.

This is a National Embarrassment.

The Nation that invented Organized Crime (quite true)

has a government of mental 7 year olds stealing from us. They been caught and now they’re screeching like babies.

Embarrassing.

Btw the offshore banking and the lawyers are done BEFORE the Crime not after.

Watch these assholes will have the money in the house.

Watch.

So the servants are going to carry the can for the international crime syndicate? How predictable.

While Trump and his Doge slash and burn, the oligarchs clink their champagne glasses in castles, private islands and superyachts.
