I agree. What are pyramids for, anyway? Nobody knows any more. It is like me not doing any ironing! I never knew what it was for and still don't. I can wash, hand flatten and dry anything into submission. There is no need to trap my fingers in the ironing board, burn myself or waste electricity. I feel I am contributing to energy conservation every time I wear something marginally crinkled, letting my body heat sort it out. I like to do my bit.
I heard that theory... my son is convinced that when the Nile was larger it was part of the energy gathering system that the pyramids were built for. I am sure he (and you) are quite right, even though nobody can actually conduct any experiments on the pyramids to prove it one way or the other.....
I know, right? As a kid in the 60s I was hired by a neighbor to do ironing. In addition to shirts, I ironed sheets, boxer shorts, and bras. To this day I don't see the point. I do own an iron, but only for applying iron-on patches to my jeans.

Pyramids are fascinatingly intriguing. At one point in a distant past, they were centres of energy and for recharging life itself.

I think our iron lurks at the back of my under-sink cupboard. My son used it once, in 2019, to iron a shirt! He had to wipe the dust off it first! lol
Today is my day of rest fam! 😌
We don’t know exactly how they built the pyramids. Perhaps a little Tesla magic but not knowing interferes in my peace of mind.
Too bad
