Hmmmm, Rat does seem to have an unending supply of cheddar...

"Elon Musk's crackdown on government spending" is the joke here. It's not funny though...

Polly is cousin of mockingbird, no?

Rat's avatar

She’s just a parrot who parrots, and she watches too much TV :)

Polly will miss her crackers and the Baltics will sanction themselves into higher electric bills.

So far we’ve been less screwed compared to much of Europe; residential rates are between 10…18 cents/kWh (and eurocent is now about the same as U.S. cent).

We have ample hydro (relative to the population of course), so it’s preferable to be connected to a bigger market do even out supply volatility; but the Nordic market is already crazy.

I was just getting ready to ask the source of your power, since the article said you haven't really been importing from Russia.

Not to worry Rat. We know you weren't on the take. We receive evidence of your work every day at 5:37 am. We would only be suspicious if a mysterious $ 10 million payment to "RAT" was unearthed and there was nothing to show for it.

LOL 319 is my special lucky number. I've been busy with side hustles and travel but I'd better keep gnawing away myself! This will be shared on my next meme set...

I read the article about the electricity change. It sounds like a very big deal that's been in the works for 15 years? Hope it goes smoothly!

hey there don't destroy the tube ! I watch travel documentaries, handicrafts and farming on it ! I have no TV and you have the choice WHAT to watch on it. Just like everywhere else. I would be lost without the tube ! And it is ad-free if you load an adblock. No garbage there.

I don't think YouTube would be hurt even if they were to lose half of their fourteen premium subscribers. :D Advertising income shouldn't be affected much.

Don't be like cockroaches and scurry onto the middle of the floor when the money flow stops, this leaves you easily identifiable. Keep your head down, it's going to be a bumpy ride.

Mr. Rat, do you see any parallels in the USA to the collapse of the Soviet? In your view, do you think this could lead to the annihilation of all the alphabet agencies and the petro dollar? It looks as if this could get real, especially if the Epstein client list gets out.

Rat's avatar

There are indeed some parallels but there is also an important difference: Soviet Union had to use force to keep people IN.

We are at the end of a Soviet five-year plan, and we are seeing the start of another Soviet five-year plan.

I mean to say, what they did to us five years ago, the destruction of main street, they are doing now against their servants, those little devil apprentices who depend on mass corruption programs like USAID. And there is more destruction of the thought police and the spy community. And, perhaps, TV networks wil lose their privileges and just die a horrible death (Incidentally, how old are Murdoch and Turner, and other adrenochrome addicts?)

Unfortunately, it won't be a complete destruction. Rumble is the new MSM to mind-control people and push the digital ID inferno.

Certainly, rumble is much better than youtube, which should be destroyed, alongside Microsoft, google, oracle, paypal, amazon and the wikimedia foundation.

But when rumble becomes the monopolist... it's over. Freedom of the press is limited to those who own one.
