In which Rat spreads FUD
The deepfake scare has been going on for years now, yet most actual incidents involve either Rule 34, or glaringly obvious parodies of the «true even if not real» sort.
Methinks the whole point of the deepfake FUD is that it allows MiniTruth to deny, dismiss or at least minimize things that actually did happen.
I had to look up FUD - fear uncertainty and dread. Hmm. I like mine better: fucked up data by fucked up demonics. And they do it right. Sow enough truth seeds to draw you in then fuck it all over with deceptions so you can’t tell your ass from a hole in the ground.
Answer? Might not be one but I don’t trust anything or anyone anymore, not completely. And certainly not even myself and my own research. What a world!
