How about a trade: they engineer only the holes, and leave the rest of the cheese alone.

Rat, the holes in the cheese are filled with air, and they have done plenty of "engineering" to the air.

Idiots have been eating Cheez Whiz for decades now - you think eating one more frankenfood is going to matter? I only buy legitimate non-GMO foods whenever possible.

American 'cheese' is mostly oil based and not milk based! Isn't all cheese without holes man-made? 'processed'? I now will have to look this up.
