In which Rat finds the situation funny
Those are the same ones who can't tell the difference between a dog and a panda. It's just part of life that we have to accept, Rat.
There's however considerably more certainty regarding pandas. Perhaps those who paint political figures are better at the job than panda painters.
I’m not so sure. We have a political figure right now who paints himself every day. And does a lousy job of it.
He does fool *some* people though…
