Finding Money
In which Rat sees them through

Transcript:
Human: — The government once again says it’s about to find money for this, that, and whatnot.
Rat: — Pfft, that’s an easy trick.
Rat: — They’re only looking for money that hasn’t actually been lost.
Once upon a time, Rat’s Human was walking down the street, thought about finding some money, and found a fiver lying on the pavement. Politicians, on the other hand, pull off this trick routinely.
Rat clearly and always shows proof of work, .gov…. Never.
Rat is so precocious, as human sits back and wonders about that five on the ground and how to turn it into a bond. Otherwise, known as legally stealing. Cartoon lore is built on such actions; “ I will eat your cheeseburger today and gladly pay you next week. “
