Where I live (in the Glorious California Utopia) the National Weather Service says it's going to rain before lunch. So if I use Cousin's strategy, I can get it to rain all day if I delay lunch until nighttime. Goodness knows we need the rain, but I'm too much of a glutton to carry out this plan.
