I can’t recall the tv channel either food network or history channel anyway they had a episode long long time ago how cold stone ice cream was made and they showed using pudding for their ice cream because doesn’t melt like regular ice cream !! So how many restaurants in America can the people sue over fake food ? And are we going to be able to sue them for gates fake food ?? 🥩
In the unlikely event this case goes anywhere, it might be important as a precedent, yes. But that, IMHO, is exactly why it’s quite unlikely to happen.
Years ago we used to call protest marches 'demonstrations' or 'demos' for short. When I lived in Madrid there were 'manifestaciones' every Saturday and I approved the use of that word far more. To manifest (in English) means to think or speak a thing into reality. We should be manifesting the future we want and demanding that ice-cream (or any food) actually contains what it's name suggests.

It's all about 'democideocracy' these days...
Bring back pistachios in my ice cream! Stop using almond chunks

As the kids are saying: Everything is fake and gay.
More little ones nowadays
