In Psych class I proved that IQ can be learned. So what is it actually measuring?

I will bet that any wild animal, including a single celled amoeba, would test as higher in IQ than any member of western humanity. The evidence is in the mess left behind after a lifetime.

No score lets one obtain empirical facts out of thin air. I could do as many symbol manipulation tests as I wished but without a map I'd have no idea what the capital of Kenya is.
