Gov't should run like Linux, using as few resources as possible, be transparently open source, and cost as little as possible. Instead, we have a Window$ based gov't which is an expensive, bloated and a frustrating maze of compliance issues, it consumes vast resources and is a proprietary secret-source monopoly that spies on its user that crashes frequently, and if you need help, it's useless.
