In which Cousin becomes secretive
Good time of day, humans!
It was supposed to be silly time of the week but Cousin has found something again.
Rats, being the anarchists we are, normally would not pay any attention to licenses, certifications and regulations, and handle trash without asking anyone. We however notice that humans have suddenly become deeply divided over the importance of garbage handling licenses.
The garbage truck driver made me fondly remember Ralph Kramden, the bus driver!
This license ( garbage ) has crossed the realm of regulatory to a tax, unless there’s a school for garbage handling that has escaped my attention.
