After an observation like this, Rat may want to go a little deeper into that home-hole of his; certain currency-cabals get itchy about speaking such bold truths, and brave rodents (and humans) will oft get 'scrutinized' for it.

The Central Banks print the money and then LOAN it to the Governments with INTEREST. In this way there will always be debt accumulating for future generations to pay.
It is a scam that no government has the balls to break.
