In pure mathematical terms, it would be more democratic to only have even numbers. Democracy demands the arithmocide of all odd numbers, specially those pesky primes. Who they think they are? Being special is not democratic!
When you find something that cannot be explained with even numbers, then just ignore it. Like a penis. There are not two of them, so seeing just one is probably a hallucination. Well, I might be biased, being a woman. Being 70, I was there in person through the 60s and the subsequent empowerment of females. At the time this was seen to be a good thing. In those days a woman couldn't even have a credit card by herself, a husband was required. However, this does not mean I root for Team Woman.
Not all men are bad or good, not all women are bad or good. Rather than looking at things in this sexual tribal sense, I think of it this way:
For thousands of years most cultures were patriarchal, men were in charge, and eventually people started thinking maybe the women should have a say. There are general psychological differences between the sexes, and it was thought that softening the way things were done might be a good idea (fewer wars for a start).
Of course, humanity being what it is, the pendulum has swung way too far. I totally agree that the current trend of feels, DEI, demonizing men, and the celebration of victimhood is terrible. But rather than throwing out the baby with the bathwater (repealing the 19th), how about recognizing both tendencies and helping the pendulum go back toward the center?
You need to look back a bit further than the last 2,000 years, plus consider whether your concept of "most cultures" might be only a limited set presently thought worthy of MSM ink?

AFAIK, patriarchy did not appear until the rise of pastoralism/settled agriculture, well after the last ice age.
