You probably aren't lying to a government official here either, you're simply making a terminological inexactitude.
Rat, it seems you are searching for a euphemism. Trying to tip-toe through the Capitol and telling jokes didn’t work on January 6th.
Maybe the NSA has some extra space at their black sites. No cellars there, and since those sites are run or contracted by the US Govt we know the guests will be treated fairly and humanely.
This one kinda grows on me. It took me about 10 seconds to get it, but then...
I'm starting to think that at this rate it will become my favorite by tomorrow. lol
Some ideas ARE so good that they should be considered in... a different manner.
