This might be unpopular opinion in libertarian circles, but less government interference at the same unchanged cost would already be an improvement. «Unchanged cost» is however the hard part.
I have to say it: If someone would have told me, back when I first started exploring Substack, that I'd find a simple cartoon rat so entertaining AND engaging? I'd have told them they were nuts.
Yet... here we are.
