Through some magical process, which doesn't bear close scrutiny, it's only spam when the wrong people do it.
I used to love spam, fried in a pan with maybe some government funded cheese. but I'm so uncertain. Is this spam (from a rat?) am I spam? Will I taste good with cheese?
