The US hasn't had a functioning democracy for ever. We have elitism that have, up to recently, allowed the masses some "cake". Democracy meaning a constitutionally controlled democratic republic. The Constitution is only as good as the SCOTUS allows and they've trashed it. Our so-called representatives don't listen to us and still get reelected. The DNC has pulled all kinds of shenanigans to keep out populism but the anointment of Harris is the best.
(edited) In the interest of humanity, and our tiny blue dot, those who do not recycle are among the most contemptible humans of society, they even tossed out a barely used platform and replaced it with a stolen manifesto.
Yeah, Asylum is killing it.
