Offering an ultimatum, that you know will be renounced as, “Impossible” to ever secure a ceasefire is skullduggery at its finest. Humans know Rats are under orthodontist orders to keep chewing wood or they’ll lose their beautiful smile.
I need a baseboard to gnaw on. :D
Rats must insist on non gmo, lead free and organic baseboards before accepting.
