I can't fault Rat for the implicit scepticism. Human theories have a decidedly mixed track record. On the plus side, humans have done a decent job with cheeses.

If we have just drunk half a gallon of water, it must be more than right after we get up and are all dried out? Great consumer of cheese and yoghourt here, but latent milk intolerant !
