Mayonnaise is definitely Spanish! Those bloody Frenchies nicked it and claimed ownership when everyone knows it requires excellent free range eggs and good quality olive oil.

France does not have either. DUH! 🙄

Just because the French add their dirty low down Dijon mustard to the pristine oil and egg recipe from Mahón in Menorca does not mean that the sauce is French. Adding an unnecessary French ingredient is actually a pollutant if you ask me!

I am NOT biased just because I have Spanish blood, had a fruit, olive and chicken farm in Spain and made my own gorgeous brand of mayonnaise! No, I am not at all biased.... 😉

I was raised with Miracle Whip, so mayonnaise has always tasted odd to me. I also detest all varieties of yellow mustard. C'est la vie.
