The document in question seems to be real (as far as I can tell), but it’s not clear whether it has a high enough bureaucratic status to mandate further action, or it’s just a report of a, ahem, «Friday night working group»1 to be archived.
It’s also unclear whether humans will stop abusing the word ‘ontological’ anytime soon.
