You can freeze some cheeses, but it wrecks the texture of others. What I want to know is: how do they keep it from molding? Refrigerated cheese will eventually mold.
Unless they're cultivating infinitely aged cheddar...
Its probably sitting in the massive doomsday bunkers a mile or two underground though.
I'm only interested if it's bleu cheese or Swiss cheese.
