“ Congealed Electricity “ is the nickname given to aluminum by its manufacturers.

In the Meganesia cycle by Russian writer Alexander Rozov, the pound of aluminum serves as the currency standard. He doesn't however provide much detail on how it works in practice, and there are also scattered mentions of a payment system suggestively called "Aurobindo".

(Critics diverge in their opinions as to whether Rozov writes sci-fi or graphomaniac trash, whether it is utopian or dystopian, and whether Rozov himself is an anarcho-capitalist, Maoist or fascist. Methinks anarcho-syndicalism is probably the closest match.)

I’m laughing, little do any of us know. I do like the sound of aurobindo, it has zeal.

If anyone could afford enough tin foil, they wouldn’t need to protect themselves from the conspiracy, they would be part of it.

It doesn't help that more than a few things the tin foil crowd howled about for years have proved not so loony.
