I am quickly warming up to Rat and his human, their sense of humor, wit, and common sense. The comments this morning about the bureaucracy executing that squirrel were especially well considered. All Hail Rat and his human. Ancient Paul from Texas

Missed in the glare of the news and outrage is we are all peanuts in our governments eyes.

The government is a welfare elephant we're forced to keep in peanuts.

They murdered Peanut because he bit a law enforcement officer who had invaded his space. They said they needed to check if he had rabies.... a blood test or urine test was unavailable? They also murdered his racoon friend who bit nobody.... revealing their insane cruelty towards the entire family, who were left devastated.

All this because a busybody from Texas reported them for keeping wildlife without a licence.

Her name was Karen.

Apparently rabies can only be tested by examining brain matter. No blood or urine test as far as I know. My brother lost a beloved cat that way.

I am not even sure that disease actually exists…. it is being used as a weapon!

Government is force, and by its very nature, violent. It is The Mob masquerading as Santa Claus. Do not let this moment fade into the dustbin of the past, because if people are triggered over this obscenity, now is the best time to admonish the entire premise that we need brutality to keep us in line. Now is the time shut down this monster and stand for no less than individual sovereignty and a return to a moral ethos. Only then will we have a chance for peace.

Rant understood, accepted and endorsed.

Let’s hope we get over it.

No, that was pure spite.

You’d have to know NY officials.

"...random violence out." I noticed in my own career as a Public Health worker, that petty levels of power will be abused by sadistic types who like to make people suffer or feel powerless.

The system is soul-less and that allows the abuse to take place. The staff might not be breaking any rules, instead, they just are showing no mercy or leniency in how the system could be enforced.

Well no one cares about them now either. But thank you for your insight.
